@epsg123
We just bought from a local electronic store. Don’t really know what it’s called. These days, we don’t even use that method anymore.

We haven’t used this method for a long time now.

We use a Line 6 POD X3 Live now and it’s a lot easier. We use an electronic drumkit, which we run through the POD X3 Live. … and so are every instrument we use.

Double bass pedal

You can change the settings on the Yamaha DD-55 Digital Percussion, which is what we used for our recordings.

Oh and our drumkit is shown around 6:15 .. so … yeah.

And you’ll see the video of our drummer playing them afterwards.

#19 lifexinterpretation on 09.14.10 at 3:34 am

Well, I wouldn’t suggest it unless you have already have wah pedal together with the multi-fx.

#20 lifexinterpretation on 09.14.10 at 4:07 am

Let’s see … might have sounded like that, but who knows. Our drummer recorded it. Dream Theater is one of our influences after all.

#21 lifexinterpretation on 09.14.10 at 4:39 am

1.) We don’t use guitarpro midi drums. We USE an ELECTRONIC DRUMKIT (A Yamaha DD55 Digital Percussion) which you will see in some of our videos including this one.

2.) thanks anyway, but these days we use a different method of recording thanks to being able to acquire the Line 6 POD X3 Live, which you will see in some of our videos.

get drum-kit from hell 2 and convert the guitar pro midi drums into a real sounding kit that will probably boost your material a whole lot

#23 3absi on 09.14.10 at 4:54 am

at 4:15 isn’t that a dream theater drum line?

#24 guitarguy210 on 09.14.10 at 5:16 am

can you use the wah wah pedal instead of the multieffect unit to record?

#25 therealpuchers on 09.14.10 at 5:18 am
